Mechanical Design Lead sought for high-speed packaging equipment development. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical engineering, ideally with 5-10 years of experience in a related industry.

You will lead the design and development of new packaging machinery, utilizing solid modeling techniques and creating simple yet effective design validation for dynamic systems.

A successful candidate should have proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), tolerance stack-ups, and machining skills. Additionally, knowledge of machine shop practices is advantageous.

This position offers a rewarding compensation package, including a salary range of $125,000-$155,000 per year, based on experience, plus full benefits and occasional travel opportunities.

The selected candidate will work closely with our Standard-Knapp manufacturing and purchasing teams to implement their solutions efficiently during the machine build and testing phases.
