Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.

Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing commercial/industrial mechanical projects, including new construction, renovation, and additions. Your responsibilities will include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring progress. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, MEP, or Building Automation with associated project management experience.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Excellent understanding of MEP and/or HVAC building systems, as well as project management principles and practices.
