OUR COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE:

  • Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external guests.
  • Provide prompt and knowledgeable assistance, always striving to resolve guest inquiries.
  • Conduct thorough audits of various revenue streams, including gaming and non-gaming areas, and report any discrepancies to the financial controller.
  • Prepare detailed reports for the Casino Controller to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Maintain meticulous records related to daily audits of assigned areas.
  • Proactively identify changes, challenges, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

WHAT WE SEEK:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the role's responsibilities.
  • Ability to obtain and sustain a valid state gaming license.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and 10-Key Calculator.
