Domino's Corporate is looking for an Equipment Maintenance Specialist to support our operations. This role demands a comprehensive skill set to design, assess, troubleshoot, repair, and install production machinery. Proficiency in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Computer Controls is essential.
The Equipment Maintenance Specialist will oversee the upkeep of a distribution and manufacturing facility, focusing on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installation of machinery related to food processing equipment, structural integrity, and both mechanical and electrical systems.
Furthermore, the Specialist must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety protocols while working on mechanical and electrical systems in a production setting.
Compensation:
DOE $30 - $32
Shifts - 1:00am to 11:30am & 6:30am to 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities
(40%) Conduct inspections, tests, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations of machinery and equipment.
Monitor equipment performance to identify malfunctions.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to diagnose and resolve machine operation discrepancies.
Install, repair, or replace electrical components such as transformers, relays, circuit breakers, starters, and safety switches.
Design, assemble, install, and maintain piping systems along with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
Install, program, and troubleshoot automated machinery and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Service and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Oversee the main electrical panel and troubleshoot as required.
Maintain and repair boilers, water heaters, water conditioning systems, and all water distribution networks.
(20%) Adhere to established preventive maintenance protocols.
Document all maintenance activities and update logs accordingly.
Report significant issues to the supervisor.
(10%) Perform general building maintenance including painting and minor structural repairs.
Ensure the physical integrity of the facility.
Conduct general maintenance tasks for office and building upkeep.
(20%) Uphold safety and regulatory compliance.
Identify and document safety concerns with machinery; develop and implement action plans to address issues; follow up to ensure resolution.
Monitor machinery to ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and other regulatory standards; create action plans for any non-compliance and ensure follow-up.
(10%) Additional duties as assigned.
Assist in project scheduling and management.
Manage inventory and procure parts as needed.
Track energy consumption and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
