Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team in a part-time capacity. As a Fulfillment Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Patient Care: Offer pharmacy consulting services with empathy to patients regarding the effective usage of medications and awareness of drug interactions.
  • Operate the Pharmacy: Ensure the proper compounding, dispensation, review, and verification of prescribed medications within regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures.
  • Support Pharmacy Operations: Assist the pharmacy manager in identifying ways to optimize pharmacy financials, inventory management, and enhance patient experience.
  • Engage with Patients: Greet patients, offer assistance with products and services, and demonstrate curiosity to identify needs and proactively help.
  • Participate in Community Outreach: Participate in events that reflect the unique communities we serve as requested by Store Manager, Healthcare Supervisor, District Manager, or Pharmacy Manager.
Requirements
  • Education: BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Experience: At least 1 year experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software, and technology systems, and insurance.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $60.00 - $80.00 per hour, depending on a variety of factors, including geography, skills, and abilities.
