Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team in a Long-Term Care setting. This role offers career growth opportunities and a full-time schedule with 40+ hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice, with experience in Long-Term Care preferably. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and a PharmD is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness, making recommendations for therapy changes as needed.
  • Maintain patient/resident databases, including current and past medical history, clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medication.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support.
  • Implement policies and procedures for safe drug procurement, storage, distribution, and use.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of TN.
  • 1+ year of pharmacist experience, with Long-Term Care experience preferred.

This is a contract assignment with a pay rate of $62/hr and required availability of Mon-Fri, with some weekends and 10a-7p shifts.
