Position Overview:

The Operations Associate Manager plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency by delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse clientele. This position involves managing product flow within the warehouse and ensuring seamless order processing. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers.
  • Processing orders and managing invoicing through the NetSuite platform.
  • Handling customer communications and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintaining accurate accounts receivable and payable records.
  • Overseeing product inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Managing invoicing and reporting tasks using NetSuite.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Logging customer issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Processing orders through various online systems.
  • Collaborating with the Customer Service Operations Manager to oversee front office operations.
  • Assisting with inventory management and monthly counts.
  • Working closely with all departments to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical skills.
  • Five years of relevant customer service or administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Work Environment:

This in-person role requires the use of standard office equipment and involves physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting items up to 25 pounds. The work environment may vary in temperature, requiring adaptability.
