Position Overview:
This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model: Remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with in-office presence required from Tuesday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and manage software solutions utilized for file transfers, supporting our enterprise file transfer services.
- Collaborate effectively with development teams, infrastructure teams, and external partners to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot file transfer connections.
- Develop, maintain, and disseminate technical documentation related to our enterprise file transfer services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and Unix operating systems, TCP/IP networking, and file transfer protocols. Familiarity with BPML is advantageous.
- Required experience with IBM's Sterling File Gateway software.
- Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in teams.
- A minimum of three to five years of relevant IT experience in supporting file transfer software and services.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay range of $54.00 to $56.00 per hour on a W2 basis.
