Join a dynamic team of IT professionals at Motion Recruitment as a Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide technical support and improve our Microsoft-powered systems and solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and security of our IT infrastructure and possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.


Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage Microsoft-based systems and solutions, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Provide technical support for Microsoft technologies, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate with IT teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain high availability and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect the IT environment.
Participate in on-call support rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends, recommending improvements and updates as appropriate.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of system administration, network management, and security practices.
Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, MS-100, MS-101) are highly desirable.
