Responsibilities

As a Patient Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitoring patient health status and reporting any changes or concerns to management.
Requirements
  • Experience working in hospice, home health, or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform job requirements.
