Job Responsibilities
  • Collect, validate, and analyze royalty data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate royalty reports for internal and external stakeholders using advanced Excel functions and tools.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements in the royalty tracking system.
  • Maintain and update royalty tracking systems and databases to optimize efficiency.
  • Reconcile royalty payments and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes and improve automation tools for royalty processing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably with a focus on royalties or financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like Power Query and VBA.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle large datasets and databases.
  • Experience working with SQL, Access, or similar systems to manage and analyze complex data sets.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and industry standards)About the Company
