Job Description
The Royalty Administration & Contract Compliance Administrator will be responsible for administering the royalty system, ensuring contract and financial information are complete and accurate, addressing reporting issues, training and coordinating with licensees on the use of royalty reporting function and assisting in licensee compliance.

This role involves managing the input process for all new license agreements into the royalty system (Royalty Zone), reviewing existing agreements currently in Royalty Zone against the most recent contract on file, and updating historical royalty/sales data to ensure all licensee information is current and accurate.

Other responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring Royalty Zone with all active and inactive licensees, coordinating with the operations team relating to review of contract information, product approvals, and other operational matters, and assisting in implementing the reporting functions of Royalty Zone, reviewing reports generated, and preparing data for GL upload or management reporting.
