Bear Mountain Health Care is seeking dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to become integral members of our healthcare team. We are in search of nursing professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional care while fostering a nurturing environment for our residents.

Our facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term custodial care, and specialized memory care.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer medications as prescribed by physicians + Conduct assessments and evaluations of residents/patients, documenting and reporting findings accurately + Collaborate in the creation and execution of personalized care plans aimed at enhancing the functional and emotional well-being of our clients + Perform wound care as directed + Engage in effective communication with patients and their families + Maintain thorough and precise documentation in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:
+ Graduate from an accredited nursing program + Valid RN or LPN licensure in the state of New Hampshire + A strong desire to contribute to a compassionate team and community + CPR certification is preferred + Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
