We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Receptionist & Customer Service Representative to join our team at AtWork Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk duties, and supporting various office departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reception Duties:
    • Greet visitors and answer phones with a friendly, professional demeanor.
    • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and general office tasks using Excel and other software.
    • Edit and manage PDF documents.
    • Support multiple office departments, learning and adapting to new roles as needed.
  • Customer Service Duties:
    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms like Amazon and Etsy.
    • Process and ship orders, manage returns, and handle shipping claims.
    • Update sales reports, shipping logs, and track inventory.
    • Provide accurate shipping quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Coordinate with shipping services and maintain communication with customers regarding order status.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Receptionist role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with office management systems and equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
