Key Responsibilities:- Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and answer phones with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and general office tasks using Excel and other software.
- Edit and manage PDF documents.
- Support multiple office departments, learning and adapting to new roles as needed.
- Customer Service Duties:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms like Amazon and Etsy.
- Process and ship orders, manage returns, and handle shipping claims.
- Update sales reports, shipping logs, and track inventory.
- Provide accurate shipping quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with shipping services and maintain communication with customers regarding order status.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Receptionist role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with office management systems and equipment (e.g., printers, copiers).
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to learn new things.
- Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a positive, can-do approach to work.
