The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) is seeking a highly skilled Dental Sterilization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our dental department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sterilization and processing of dental instruments and equipment. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory, decontaminate, assemble, inspect, package, sterilize, store, distribute, and track dental supplies, instruments, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for sterilization and processing.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless operation of the dental department.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) Certification or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Employee Health and Background Check Requirements:
