Job Overview: The role outlined below involves engaging with new dealer clients and managing dealer profiles. This position is crucial for fostering positive relationships between Service Finance and its dealers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding new dealer clients and maintaining dealer profiles.
- Ensure effective communication with dealers through various channels including phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Provide comprehensive training and support to dealers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Facilitate the enrollment process for new dealer clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and organized.
- Deliver accurate and timely information regarding products and services to both enrolled and prospective dealers.
- Maintain detailed records of dealer interactions and project progress.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions to stay informed about company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
- Willingness to learn and assist colleagues.
