Estate Planning Assistant Opportunity

Cozen O'Connor is seeking a highly skilled Estate Planning Assistant to join our team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will possess strong estate planning experience and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize draft documents for client review and approval.
  • Prepare and finalize documents for client signature.
  • Coordinate document preparation and distribution to clients and advisors.
  • Assist paralegals and attorneys with various projects and tasks.
  • Process original signed documents, including binding, scanning, and uploading to the database.
  • Record documents through the e-recording website.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate errands and deliveries.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in estate planning.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word.
  • Experience with Florida e-filing portal and office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
