Human Resources Integration Specialist

Koch Industries is looking for skilled individuals to join our team as a Human Resources Integration Specialist within our Building Products Division. This position plays a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations.
The HR Integration Specialist will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and act as a strategic ally across various organizational levels, driving human resource initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance. This role will also involve partnering with HR Managers and Business Partners at other facilities to provide comprehensive HR support across multiple locations and assist with various HR projects as required. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment while addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. This position is focused on effectively onboarding, developing, and retaining talent, transforming HR service delivery to meet current and future demands while contributing to business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee candidate experience and manage all preboarding processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires.
- Facilitate the selection process, including interview scheduling and career events.
- Maintain regular communication with new employees to enhance engagement and address inquiries.
- Establish trust and credibility with employees and leadership.
- Gain business insight to understand performance drivers and support achievement of objectives.
- Develop solutions that empower teams to meet business goals.
- Occasionally work outside standard hours to fulfill business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver a range of HR services in a manufacturing context.
- Foster positive employee relations and assist in resolving various employee issues in collaboration with supervisors.
- Gather data from multiple sources to analyze key performance indicators and maintain HR dashboards; generate reports from HRIS for various HR functions.
- Enhance the employee experience by improving onboarding and orientation processes.
- Act as a supportive leader to advance our organizational culture.
- Assist with additional HR responsibilities as needed.
- Engage with all organizational levels, including developing and presenting content to large groups.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to build relationships effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in human resources, administrative support, or project coordination.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- 3+ years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or project coordination.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related field.
