Koch Industries is looking for dedicated individuals to fill the position of Human Resources Integration Specialist within our Building Products Division. This role will involve supporting various operational aspects of our human resources functions.
The HR Integration Specialist will collaborate closely with the HR Manager and serve as a vital partner across all organizational levels, driving initiatives that enhance overall performance. This position will also engage with HR Managers and Business Partners at other facilities to provide comprehensive HR support and assist with projects as necessary. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, effectively addressing the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. This role is essential in fostering talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee candidate experiences and manage preboarding processes
- Coordinate all onboarding and orientation activities
- Facilitate the selection process, including interview scheduling and career events
- Maintain regular communication with new hires to enhance engagement and address inquiries
- Establish trust and credibility with employees and leadership
- Develop an understanding of business drivers to support performance outcomes
- Create solutions that empower teams to achieve business goals
- Occasionally adjust work hours to meet operational needs
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to deliver HR services within a manufacturing context
- Enhance employee relations and experiences, assisting HRBP in resolving issues
- Analyze data from various sources to track key performance indicators and maintain HR dashboards
- Improve onboarding and orientation processes to strengthen employee experiences
- Act as a supportive leader in advancing our organizational culture
- Assist with additional HR duties as required
- Engage with all organizational levels, including developing and presenting content
- Exhibit strong communication skills to build relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in human resources, administrative support, or project coordination
- Proven ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or related fields
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or a related discipline
