Role Responsibilities

The Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant (STSC) will play a pivotal role in managing and significantly enhancing treasury revenue and profitability across a portfolio of current and prospective Fortune 500 global enterprises within the Global Large Corporate Healthcare sector. This role involves collaboration with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Investment, Payments, Receivables, Foreign Exchange, Card, Trade, and Service partners, among others, to deliver customized working capital and treasury solutions that align with client objectives.

The STSC will be accountable for:

  • Driving responsible revenue growth and client engagement.
  • Developing strategic client plans and executing client outreach.
  • Portfolio development and pricing strategy formulation.
  • Creating and delivering proposals and presentations.

Maintaining a strong client focus and partnership is essential. The STSC will provide treasury industry expertise, thought leadership, and a comprehensive understanding of bank structures and the operational facets of global cash management products, while identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency.

Engagement and Leadership

Participate in and lead solution demonstrations, in-depth treasury reviews, industry conferences, and speaking engagements, while producing content that showcases industry insights and thought leadership.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and relevant financial acumen, proactively expanding product knowledge and staying updated with evolving solutions, market trends, and industry developments. They will effectively communicate the voice of the client back to our product partners and across the organization.

Collaboration and Special Projects

Develop robust working relationships with all partners, sharing insights and best practices within the GPS Sales team. Additionally, take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency for both the Bank and our clients.

Required Qualifications

To be minimally qualified, candidates must possess:

  • A successful track record in direct treasury management sales, encompassing US domestic and global solutions, including liquidity strategies, foreign exchange, and trade.
  • Proven business development and relationship management capabilities with corporate clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and active listening capabilities, with a strong executive presence.
  • The ability to cultivate strong partnerships within the core team and build genuine rapport with client contacts.
  • Effective management of competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a comparable role.
  • A willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • A B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
