Role Responsibilities

The Senior Treasury Solutions Consultant (STSC) will be tasked with overseeing and driving treasury revenue and profitability within a portfolio of existing and prospective Fortune 500 global corporations in the Global Large Corporate Healthcare sector. This role requires collaboration with Corporate Bankers, Liquidity, Investment, Payments, Receivables, Foreign Exchange, Card, Trade, and Service partners, among others, to present tailored working capital and treasury solutions that align with client goals.

The STSC will focus on:

  • Managing and expanding treasury revenue across a portfolio of Global Large Corporate Healthcare clients, particularly in the Pharma, Med-tech, and healthcare payer subsectors.
  • Ensuring responsible revenue growth through client planning, outreach, portfolio enhancement, pricing strategies, and the development and delivery of proposals and presentations.

Client Engagement

The STSC will maintain a strong client-centric approach, fostering partnerships and delivering industry expertise and thought leadership. A comprehensive understanding of bank structures and the operational elements of global cash management products will be essential in identifying efficiency opportunities.

Additionally, the STSC will:

  • Lead solution demonstrations, conduct in-depth treasury reviews, participate in conferences, speak at industry events, and produce thought leadership content for social media.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on evolving solutions, market trends, and industry developments.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the organization, sharing insights with product partners and across the enterprise.
  • Build robust relationships with all partners and share best practices within the GPS Sales team.
  • Manage special projects aimed at improving efficiency for both the Bank and its clients.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A proven track record in treasury management sales, with experience in both domestic and global solutions, including liquidity strategies, foreign exchange, and trade.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills with corporate clients.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Negotiation and active listening skills complemented by a strong executive presence.
  • The ability to cultivate strong partnerships within the core team and establish genuine rapport with client contacts.
  • Effective management of competing priorities while ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
