About the Role: This internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leaders in the hospitality sector, specifically focusing on nutrition and wellness. You will develop essential skills that prepare you for accredited Dietetic Internship programs while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of foodservice operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in ensuring food safety and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support menu planning and recipe nutrient analysis.
  • Engage in marketing initiatives for health-promoting foods.
  • Participate in educational nutrition campaigns.
  • Conduct market research and manage content for digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Current undergraduate student in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Strong interest in food service management and culinary arts.
  • Leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Awareness of sustainability practices.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain practical experience in a diverse environment.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of nutrition and well-being in hospitality.
