Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Residential Home Health and Hospice team. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThis position supports patients in Houghton Lake, MI and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
What We Offer- Competitive Compensation Package: Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, a $15,000 first year success bonus, and up to 24 paid holiday and personal days off in year one.

- Associate Degree or Higher: You must have an associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Experience: You must have at least two years of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: You must have demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
