Position Summary:

The Order Processing Specialist plays a vital role in driving sales by delivering exceptional service to clients through relationship management, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment. This position is crucial in achieving both individual and store performance goals.

Operational Duties:
  • Completes opening and closing tasks as directed by management with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Maintains an organized workspace and meets merchandise processing standards
  • Adheres to loss prevention practices and reports potential incidents
  • Ensures a safe working environment by identifying and reporting hazards
  • Participates in inventory preparation and management
  • Records work hours accurately and remains adaptable to business needs
  • Follows all operational guidelines and reviews company communications regularly
Technical Skills:

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
