Business Development Manager

America's Preferred Home Warranty is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our home warranty services within a designated territory.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build lasting relationships with real estate professionals and strategic business partners, while consistently exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and consultative selling skills, with the ability to effectively utilize CRM software to track and manage daily tasks, appointments, and sales activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Traveling daily within the assigned territory to engage with clients in person
- Identifying, generating, and closing new sales opportunities for home warranty services
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with real estate professionals and strategic business partners
- Consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining ongoing follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilizing CRM software to effectively track and manage daily tasks, appointments, and sales activities
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation and conversion strategies
As a Business Development Manager at America's Preferred Home Warranty, you will have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, employee-centric environment where your success is our priority.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $50,000-$55,000 per year, as well as commission on every warranty sale, car allowance, and gas reimbursement.
