Position Summary:
This role is integral to our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, operating in a fully remote capacity. As a Senior CRM Systems Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our worldwide Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to propose enhancements that maximize the efficiency of our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Collaboration:
Act as a primary liaison for our global Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales teams, analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in cross-functional projects, representing the CRM perspective.


System and User Support:
Leverage your expertise in current processes and system capabilities to support CRM initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with the IT Development team to brainstorm and develop effective solutions, while facilitating user testing. Provide timely and effective support to users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
CRM Roadmap Development:
Lead discussions with CRM super users to gather insights on challenges and suggested improvements. Assist in shaping and prioritizing the CRM Commercial Roadmap based on feedback from the commercial community.
Salesforce Features Assessment:
Analyze upcoming Salesforce release features for their business implications and their influence on the CRM Commercial Roadmap. Prepare proposals for leadership review, including timelines and implementation strategies.
Training and Adoption:
Identify training needs and conduct sessions to enhance user knowledge, confidence, and adoption of CRM functionalities. Develop and deliver training materials as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce (SFDC) as a business analyst or system administrator.
- 3+ years of experience with Customer Service SFDC Email to Case.
- 5+ years of corporate experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, IT CRM Technical roles, or similar.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, primarily within the United States, with potential for occasional international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of data management experience and understanding of master data processes.
- Additional experience with Customer Service platforms.
