As we enhance our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement division, we are seeking a Senior Associate in Strategic Sourcing for IT Services. This role is pivotal in supporting our internal operations related to IT Professional Services and is not client-facing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge in sourcing IT Professional Services, including outsourcing, to align with internal procurement strategies; analyze expenditure data, assess market dynamics, and gather relevant category insights.
  • Assist in the development of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs) to effectively acquire IT Professional Services; collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
  • Draft, evaluate, and negotiate supplier contracts to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with legal and organizational guidelines, including defining deliverables, acceptance criteria, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and financial modeling, including ROI and NPV assessments, to support strategic sourcing initiatives and deliver value in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate supplier performance management and foster capability development through collaboration; provide constructive feedback to suppliers and proactively address performance issues.
  • Establish and nurture influential relationships with stakeholders and suppliers engaged in business operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and project management.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills are essential for navigating complex organizational structures and working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities are crucial; adept at managing multiple projects and negotiations simultaneously.
