  • Collaborate with the Activity Team to encourage resident participation in person-centered activities that promote cognitive stimulation and social interaction.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents by ensuring tidy rooms and common areas.
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Foster open communication with team members, families, and visitors, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) License preferred, with experience in dementia care highly valued.
  • Familiarity with technology and electronic health records systems.
  • Physical and emotional stamina to meet the demands of providing compassionate care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for working with seniors and a commitment to their well-being.
