Key Responsibilities

Our educators are equipped to design and implement curricula tailored to the diverse needs of young learners, fostering their social and emotional development at every stage. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting classroom teachers with daily activities
  • Supporting children in managing their emotions
  • Providing comfort to children in distress

As a small institution, our educators have the unique opportunity to collaborate across all classrooms and engage with every student.

Qualifications

Pre-Employment Requirements
All candidates must undergo fingerprinting and a background check (cost covered by the company). Candidates should be enthusiastic about facilitating learning through play in a nature-centric environment.

Post-Hire Training
New hires will complete NH Health and Safety Training (9 hours online) and First Aid/CPR training (cost covered by the company).

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, candidates with 9 credits in Early Childhood Education, including Child Growth and Development, or those who have completed a Technical High School Education Program are encouraged to apply. We are committed to training the right candidates, regardless of prior experience.
