About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Compliance Professional to join our team at Lifelancer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the pharmaceutical industry, assisting with activities related to data management and compliance.

Job Summary

This position will assist the Associate Director of Healthcare Compliance with various tasks, including data collection, validation, and submission. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the management of aggregate spend data collection systems and source systems.
  • Conduct ongoing data review and validation in preparation for report submissions.
  • Review data generated by employees and third-party vendors for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to identify and collect required data.
  • Prepare data for submission in reporting templates according to established deadlines.
  • Assist in managing disputes and inquiries related to data and reporting.
  • Identify and request training assignments for applicable individuals.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a related or similar role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
  • Data analytics experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to learn quickly, multitask, and work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Benefits and Compensation

Lifelancer offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
