Job Description

The Project DBE Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with all relevant contract requirements. This includes analyzing regulatory systems, understanding Federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to DBE compliance, FAR compliance, and related programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, business, contracting, or construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and understand regulatory systems
  • Ensure project-level DBE compliance with all relevant contract requirements
  • Report on project-specific DBE utilization to stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-year college degree in accounting, business, contracting, or construction management, or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of Federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to DBE compliance, FAR compliance, and related programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
