Job Overview

The Clinical Trial Associate supports our Clinical Operations team(s) in the overall management of trials, including planning, execution, and closeout. This fast-paced environment requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, fully remote with EST working hours.
  • Prior experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is preferred, especially with systems like eTMF, IRT, EDC.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling activities and meetings, compiling materials, and overseeing presentations.
  • Preparing meeting minutes for internal and external meetings, reviewing for accuracy, and distributing them accordingly.
  • Reviewing and submitting files within the Trial Master File for Clinical Operations-related documentation.
  • Filing and routing agreements related to Clinical Operations.
  • Creating, distributing, and updating trackers for metric reporting.
  • Supporting the Clinical Trial Manager on one or more clinical trials.
  • Assisting with report preparation and requests as needed.
  • Supporting departmental initiatives and process improvements.
  • Minimal travel required (10% international and domestic).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
  • Attention to detail and thorough follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of ICH/GCP/local regulations.
  • Effective interaction with internal and external personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably science or healthcare.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience or equivalent. Prior experience with clinical trials is highly desirable.
