About the Role

Woodmark Pharmacy of Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to patients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and report on patient medication regimens to ensure appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety.
  • Coordinate the distribution of medications to patients.
  • Participate in medication safety and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD with additional knowledge in geriatrics preferred.
  • Excellent clinical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • 2-3 years' experience in clinical pharmacy practice with at least one year of long-term care pharmacy practice preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of applicable nursing home regulations and guidance.
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at an intermediate or advanced level.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $122,886.40 - $144,560 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
