We are seeking a talented Xfinity Sales Consultant to join our team at Comcast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting and consulting with customers on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by utilizing knowledge, skills, and technology to achieve a world-class sales and service experience.
- Work collaboratively with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales and customer experience goals and objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-5 years of sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
