Earned Value Management System Compliance Specialist

Salado Isolation Mining Contractors is seeking a highly skilled Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Compliance Specialist to join our team in Carlsbad, NM. The successful candidate will ensure the successful and compliant completion of EVMS deliverables applicable to EVM Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify that EV Projects are implemented and maintained as approved.
Participate with project controls from the inception to the completion of a project to ensure that the prerequisite requirements for proper systems integration and EVMS principles are clearly defined and communicated.
Escalate compliance issues for resolution.
Present and provide insight from an EVM Systems perspective in layman's terms to senior management and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of related experience, or
Associate's degree with nineteen (19) years of related experience, or
High School Diploma or Equivalency with twenty-three (23) years of related experience.
Previous EVM experience.
Experience within a DOE 413.3B environment.
Familiarity with ANSI/EIA 748 Requirements.
Preferred Requirements:
Knowledge of Primavera scheduling software, including configuration and management of enterprise features and data.
Hands-on experience utilizing and maintaining project cost processors in an earned value management systems environment.
Surveillance and Audit experience from a systems standpoint of an earned value management system environment.
Proactively self-initiate a continuously updated knowledge base of current EVMS methodologies, systems, and emerging practices.
Ability to use these current practices to drive effective results.
Professional certifications are a plus.
Previous WIPP Project and/or Bechtel experience is a plus.
