Act as a solution provider for commercial clients, leveraging comprehensive training and innovative thinking to tailor pest management strategies to each client's unique requirements.

Drive sales performance by prospecting new business opportunities and managing assigned leads.

Utilize marketing resources to enhance business development efforts.

Conduct thorough inspections of client properties—training will be provided for this task.

Offer informed recommendations based on your findings, addressing client inquiries, clarifying processes, and setting realistic expectations. Utilize the provided technology to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization—training will be included.

Qualifications:
What do you need to excel in this role?

Previous experience in outside sales is preferred.

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing/certification (company-sponsored).

Capability to work independently in the field while engaging with clients effectively.

Physical ability to use a ladder within safety guidelines.

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable accessing various environments, including crawl spaces and rooftops, and performing physical tasks such as climbing or crouching.

Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Flexibility to work in diverse weather conditions.
