Key Responsibilities
- The Commercial Flooring Consultant is tasked with strategizing flooring projects while adhering to client parameters.
- To expand the Commercial Flooring division, the Consultant actively participates in networking events such as chamber of commerce meetings and BNI gatherings, showcasing strong sales capabilities to identify commercial projects and research potential clients for HOM Furniture.
- The Consultant upholds company standards by achieving set objectives and demonstrating effective selling techniques.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential, as the Consultant serves as the primary contact for various project stakeholders.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: An Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience: A background of two to five years in a related role is preferred.
Physical Requirements: The position entails low physical demands, with the employee frequently required to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Additional Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to interpret construction blueprints are preferred.
