Senior Functional Safety Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Safety Engineer to join our team at NES Fircroft. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe design and operation of our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety systems engineering and specifications development
- Lead efforts in commissioning/cutovers, loop checks, logic validation/testing, and provide start-up assistance/troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with Mangan's safety policies and procedures
- Maintain regular client contact and address client concerns and input
- Develop project needs with client team members to define design that meets requirements and functionality
- 10+ years' experience in Safety Systems Engineering and Applications Consulting
- Functional Safety Certification required (Tüv FSE, exida CFSP, or ISA84 SIS Fundamentals)
- BS in Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- PMP Preferred
