**Territory Growth Director Position:**
We are seeking a Territory Growth Director to lead our team's sales efforts in the US market. As a Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated geographic territory, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and preparing comprehensive sales activity reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated geographic territory within the US to achieve targeted sales goal volumes and margins.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting for new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events and industry conferences.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an Outside Sales Representative in industrial sales or the Chemical/Petrochemical industry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
