We are seeking an experienced Territory Growth Director to lead our sales efforts in a designated region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

Job Description

\

The Territory Growth Director will be responsible for building relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. This role involves researching the market to identify target accounts and applications that can benefit from our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.\
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop leads.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop regional strategies aimed at increasing market share and achieving financial objectives.\
  • Maintain growth trajectory and continued margin enhancement to overall products.\
  • Coordinate frequent calls on end users and distributors.\
  • Complete frequent visits with current and potential clients to assist with customer needs.\
  • Manage CRM database and ensure local sales group is utilizing quotation functionality and customer contact database functionality.\
  • Establish and review budget goals weekly with Director of Business Development.\
  • Assist in pricing strategies specific to regions with national considerations.\
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with top 10 clients.\
  • Provide timely monthly report to management to demonstrate successes, challenges, status of sales by product and growth initiatives currently underway.\
  • Average salary for this position is approximately $140,000 - $165,000 per year, depending on location and experience.\
  • This role requires travel domestically at minimum 60% of the time based on a 40-hour work week using the quickest available mode of transportation.\
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer are also required.\
  • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field and 7 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the region or industry of focus.\
  • Prior gasket and bolts industry experience is preferred.\
  • Experience working with manufacturing facilities, customers, and suppliers in multiple global regions is a plus.\
  • The Territory Growth Director must know how to operate CRM software and have knowledge of Computerized Information Systems including software and hardware to adapt to current and future system implementations.\
  • The selected candidate must have mental capacity to solve complex problems with a highly developed sense of urgency.\
