Key Responsibilities:
Ensure efficient and effective operations
Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
Provide physical therapy services as needed

Requirements:
Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
Must have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
Candidate must have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
