Responsibilities:

Scope of Work

The Corporate Event Planner will assist in the planning, management, and execution of various corporate gatherings.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a meticulous eye for detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities:


Event Planning and Management:
Formulate and execute event strategies and concepts.

Coordinate all event logistics, encompassing venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.

Draft comprehensive event proposals, timelines, and budgets.

Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination:
Engage with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless event execution.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

On-site Event Supervision:
Oversee all facets of event setup, execution, and dismantling.

Manage event personnel and volunteers, ensuring roles and responsibilities are clearly defined.

Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance event visibility and attendance.

Leverage social media and other channels for event promotion.

Post-Event Evaluation:
Conduct evaluations post-event to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Compile detailed reports and analyze event outcomes.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.

Demonstrated experience as an Event Coordinator or in a comparable role.

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with technology, including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
