About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Office of Education Partnerships Full-Time to join our team at the Alzheimer's Association. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for leading a team of dynamic volunteer leaders and putting proven sales and relationship management skills to work achieving revenue goals through positive engagement with corporate and community volunteer leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of volunteer leaders to achieve revenue goals through positive engagement with corporate and community partners.
  • Cultivate relationships with key C-suite corporate and community partners to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
  • Recruit, coach, and empower volunteers to ensure strong volunteer committee retention and succession planning.
  • Coach and inspire volunteers, teams, and participants to set fundraising goals that propel events to success.
  • Build sustainable corporate and community relationships that contribute to achieving organizational and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of proven experience recruiting and mobilizing volunteers and community leaders to achieve goals, preferably in a peer-to-peer fundraising environment.
  • Demonstrated management skills, including the ability to set clear goals, organize projects, establish and manage budgets, and establish accountability processes.

  • Strong ability to build sustainable corporate and community relationships that contribute to achieving organizational and revenue goals.
