Position: Personal Care Provider (PCP)

Work Schedule

  • Availability for day shifts, overnight shifts, and weekends
  • Options for both full-time and part-time roles
  • Customized scheduling to accommodate your availability for consistent care assignments

Compensation

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Starting at $19 per hour for shifts longer than 2 hours
  • $25 per hour for shorter shifts under 2 hours

Job Responsibilities

As a Personal Care Provider, you will play a vital role in assisting elderly clients with their daily living activities, either in their homes or in assisted living facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with personal hygiene and daily living tasks, including medication reminders
  • Preparing nutritious meals
  • Performing light housekeeping duties, laundry, and organization
  • Assisting with errands and providing transportation
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Aiding clients with mobility and transfers

Qualifications

  • Ability to fulfill all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Clean background check is required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
