Job Overview

Lincoln Property Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the efficient management of our commercial properties. This role involves implementing policies and procedures that ensure the properties are well-maintained and effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight

  • Administer estimated and actual pass-through expenses, including reconciliations and reforecasting.
  • Monitor collections and manage default proceedings as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and assist in the annual operating budget preparation.
  • Coordinate the real estate tax review process and ensure timely payment of all taxes.
  • Oversee lease administration, ensuring vacant spaces are prepared for leasing.
  • Establish and track accounts receivable and payable guidelines.

Personnel and Business Development

  • Support the growth of existing business and pursue new opportunities.
  • Engage with professional and community organizations relevant to the industry.
  • Manage staffing needs and facilitate employee training and development.
  • Maintain strong communication with tenants and property owners to foster positive relationships.
  • Build and sustain effective internal and external relationships.
  • Demonstrate leadership and promote staff development.

Maintenance Oversight

  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines.
  • Oversee construction projects and improvements within the properties.
  • Evaluate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Coordinate insurance requirements for properties and associated vendors.

General Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in property management, with a solid understanding of commercial real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare budgets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

This position is 100% in-office, requiring presence during standard business hours. Remote work is not an option.
