Facility Ambassador

Job Summary:

The Facility Ambassador is a key role within JLL, responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. This position requires a strong ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and guests, while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within a select portfolio of properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for all client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback related to services within the workplace.
  • Anticipate and exceed client expectations through intuitive service delivery.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and guests, carrying a hospitality calling card.
  • Receive and respond to all requests or issues within established SLAs, including personal follow-up to clients.
  • Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked, including mail supplies, paper, toner, and office materials.
  • Stock copy rooms and printing devices with necessary supplies.
  • Service copy machines, respond to paper jams, and replace interchangeable parts as needed.
  • Organize and replenish break rooms with coffee supplies and maintain cleanliness of breakrooms.
  • Walk the facility and log work orders for building issues that require attention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Security Clearance Needed - TS/SCI with poly.
  • 5 years prior experience in hospitality, facility/property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred.
  • Proven mailroom experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to work independently with strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Corrigo is a plus.
