Key Responsibilities:
- Execute individualized care plans with accuracy and analytical thinking.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation.
- Conduct procedures in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and agency guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid Practical Nurse license in the applicable state.
- At least one year of nursing experience (three years preferred).
- CPR certification and a negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
- A valid driver's license and auto insurance.
- Proficient clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and lift up to 50 pounds.
