About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at BluSky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
