About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join our team at ALKEME Insurance. As a Benefits Enroller, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls for employees needing to enroll in their benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enroll employees in core benefits, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Offer worksite voluntary products, such as accident, universal life, and cancer insurance
  • Train on multiple benefit enrollment systems to handle enrollments for various clients
  • Learn and proficiently explain the benefits offered to employees

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish languages
  • Must be a licensed agent with Health/Life license
  • Carry own E&O Insurance with $1 million in coverage
  • Work a minimum of 3 full-time days a week in the off-season
  • Ability to multitask with dual monitors and be on camera with screen sharing
  • Experience in benefit insurance background, including medical, dental, and vision

Compensation:

  • $20-24 per hour
