Key Responsibilities:
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is expected to demonstrate politeness and professionalism in all interactions with guests and colleagues. This includes:

  • Identifying and acting on opportunities to assist others
  • Providing informed recommendations about menu items and specials
  • Collaborating with service staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Preparing food and beverage orders according to established standards
  • Accurately processing payments through the POS system

Operational Excellence:
The Supervisor will ensure that the dining area is well-maintained and organized, adhering to cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining knowledge of table configurations and service protocols
  • Ensuring proper cleaning and storage of utensils and equipment
  • Monitoring compliance with health regulations and liquor laws
  • Addressing issues related to responsible alcohol service

Qualifications:
Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, money-handling abilities, and experience with computerized cash registers. These skills are typically gained through at least six months of relevant experience.
